FAQ: How do I update a booking?

When you create a booking in SkillsPass, an email is sent from the system with the booking information as well as a link that allows you to edit the booking at a later date.

 

Locate the booking email; If you are unable to locate, contact us at support for assistance

 

From the reservation page, you'll select the Edit button under the Attendees listing.

  • Select Remove Attendee next to the Employee to be removed
  • Select Add Attendee
  • Enter Attendee information
  • Select Save Changes at the top of the page 
  • Your booking will now be updated.  To confirm the booking update, select the booking link and confirm that the displayed information is as updated in the previous step
